It has always been a goal of theirs to one day make their dreams a reality and open a gym that members can be proud to call their gym. Well that dream came a little sooner than expected and they hit the ground running. Combined, they have over twenty years of fitness and health experience. They have used that experience to bring you the best possible environment to your very own neighborhood fitness center. They strive to make sure you are always satisfied and can be reached whenever you need.

Stormey has been in the fitness space for very many years. He has competed at many shows and is currently in prep for a nationals show. You will find him in the gym being the manager during the day, or on the hack squat with 18 plates. Stormey is a father of two. Fitness and health is super important to Stormey. If you have any questions about anything, don't hesitate to talk to him!

JOCELYN JORDAN

US Marine Corps Veteran

 

Jocelyn is a mother of 2 kiddos and Italian Greyhound pup. She grew up in Boston, so she is a little sassy, but will bend over backwards for anyone who may need her. She spent 20 years as an Aviation Logistics Officer in the United States Marine Corps. She loves having fun and spending time with friends. She loves everything fitness and loves being strong. The gym is her outlet and happy place. When she is not at the gym, she is hanging out with her babies, or soaking up the sun at the beach.

JODY HERRICK

Jody is a mother of 4, wife, and mother of a Great pyrenees puppy. As fitness is her passion, her motivation is to help people make life changes, not quick temporary fixes. Jody will educate, motivate, and train you towards a healthy lifestyle. 

 Whether its weight loss, toning, muscle building, HITT training, strength conditioning, preparing for PT tests,  nutrition advice, being confident in a gym, or just improve general fitness, her goal is to help you reach your goals and enjoy doing it.

LAVANNA WALKER

Lavonna is a  34 year old wife and mother of two, who loves all things health and fitness related. Over the years she developed a passion for training, which in turn,  grew into a desire to learn more about the human body. She enjoys different styles of training that encourage fat loss, muscle growth and mobility. Her goal as your trainer is to help achieve your goals through two different methods; these being instruction and in-person training. Lavonna is equipped with the knowledge to assist you with proper technique for various forms of weightlifting and cardio. While working with Lavonna, you will learn about your body and how it works to eventually develop plans on your own. She's excited to share her passion for health and fitness with you!

Corey is a hard-working father of 4 passionate about all things health and fitness. He specializes in developing programs that require the least amount of effort to elicit the most amount of change. He also enjoys helping you make healthier food choices to match your new workout routine to help you become the best version of yourself. Corey believes small changes over time are the best way to create long-lasting relationships with health & fitness. His priority is to make sure you reach and maintain your fitness goals.
