Lance Radford graduated from the University of Central Florida in 2010 with a Bachelor's in Molecular Biology. After college, Lance enlisted in the US Air Force where fitness became priority for the mission as well as his personal passion. While in the Air Force, Lance continued to grow his skillsets in fitness and has spent over 250 hours shadowing Special Operations Command's Strength and Conditioning Coaches and worked within his unit as a Training Leader helping Air Commandos get faster, stronger and more lethal. Now, Lance continues to serve as a Combat Aviation Advisor in the Air Force Reserves and works in his free time to help people achieve their fitness, performance and health goals.

Lavonna is a 34 year old wife and mother of two, who loves all things health and fitness related. Over the years she developed a passion for training, which in turn, grew into a desire to learn more about the human body. She enjoys different styles of training that encourage fat loss, muscle growth and mobility. Her goal as your trainer is to help achieve your goals through two different methods; these being instruction and in-person training. Lavonna is equipped with the knowledge to assist you with proper technique for various forms of weightlifting and cardio. While working with Lavonna, you will learn about your body and how it works to eventually develop plans on your own. She's excited to share her passion for health and fitness with you!

Along with his education, Clay has had over 5 years of Personal Training experience and has worked along side college athletes and PhD’s in both the field and research settings. He has over 200 hours of experience in a Physical Therapy clinic and has assisted in both training of individual and groups of college athletes as well as utilizing physical therapy techniques to recover athletes and individuals with health disparities. Clay is an avid believer in exercise for both physical and mental health and is highly supportive in reaching your individual goals.
